We hope you fall in love with your Pleasurements products. But we know that you may want to return them to us: maybe you need to exchange something for a different size or the items aren't quite what you expected. Pleasurements wants you to be completely satisfied with your order. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly accept your timely return of ordered items. Returns are possible within 14 days after the delivery date. Failure to do so will prevent us from processing any refunds or exchanges. All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Please take note of this when opening your purchase.Please note that we are unable to accept sexually used items and intimate toy returns or exchanges for hygiene reasons.Please ensure that briefs are tried on over your own lingerie - we will not accept returns on lingerie that has been worn or is returned in a soiled condition. Once packs have been opened, we cannot accept returns on hosiery, body products, DVD's and books. We do not give refunds on gift voucher purchases.
