How to return?
1. Report the package as a return via 'My Account'.
2. Send the item(s) back within 14 days of receipt of your order. Please enclose a copy of your invoice.
We recommend that you send your parcel by registered post and retain proof of posting. We cannot be held responsible for orders lost in transit. We reserve the right not to issue a refund or exchange if you do not follow this policy. The return package should include the receipt of merchandise and the completed return form.
