Safe Shipping

Please review our delivery information:

  • All orders shipped worldwide via TNT on business days (Monday to Friday) excluding holidays.
  • Orders placed Monday-Friday before 3 PM will begin  processing that day, excluding holidays, and will ship within 48 hours pending availability and credit card verification. 
  • All orders placed after 3 PM will begin processing the next business day, and ship within 48 hours thereafter. Orders placed on Friday after 3 PM will
    begin processing on the following Monday.
  • Pleasurements will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need to confirm availability. We are unable to deliver to APO/FPO addresses, as well as P.O. Boxes. Delivery time does not include Sundays and/or holidays.
  • We offer Saturday delivery in The Netherlands.
  • For international orders, customer is responsible for import duties and taxes incurred on any order additional to shipping charges.

Safe shipping:
  • Certainty at no extra charge: When delivering your Pleasurements order you have to sign for receipt. The parcel will never be delivered at the neighbours.
  • At least two delivery attempts.
  • Track & Trace allows you to follow your item on the Internet. In this way, you always know exactly where your item is and when it has been delivered.

TNT inside The Netherlands                       € 5,-
TNT EU zone 1                                         € 15,-
TNT EU zone 2                                         € 20,-
International orders outside EU zone 1        € 20,-
International orders outside EU zone 2        € 25,-
