Sonata Rapalyte, born in Lithuania, always had a passion for beautiful fabrics. At the age of 7 she picked up her first needle and thread. After moving to London and working for a string of lingerie designers including Damaris, Sonata realized there was a market for beautiful luxurious lingerie. She decided to start her own label named after herself, Sonata.
Sonata designed her very first collection after she moved to the Sardinian coast. She got her inspiration out of the breathtaking beauty of the island. This is reflected in her designs.
The whole Sonata collection is produced with only the highest quality silk and French lace. Swarovski crystals are added to the garments to give it a luxurious look.
Sonata's goal is to make women feel pretty and sexy. And when you wear amazing lingerie, you will feel amazing. Some of Sonata's designs can also be worn on the outside. It's to precious to hide it.
