Return & Exchange
We hope you fall in love with your purchase. But we know that you may want to return them to us: maybe you need to exchange something for a different size or the items aren't quite what you expected. Pleasurements wants you to be completely satisfied with your order. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly accept your timely return of ordered items. Returns are possible within 30 days after the delivery date. Failure to do so will prevent us from processing any refunds or exchanges. Please note, shipping costs for returns or exchanges are for the customer.
All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Items that have tags or other protective strips removed will not be refunded. Please take note of this when opening your purchase. Please note that we are unable to accept latex clothing, sexually used items, and intimate toy-returns or exchanges for hygiene reasons. Please ensure that briefs are tried on over your own lingerie - we do not accept returns of any lingerie-items that have been worn or are returned in a soiled condition. Once the packaging of hosiery and body products are opened, we can't accept the return. We do not give refunds on gift voucher purchases.
Please Note: Purchases made in our Pleasurements boutique at Prinsenstraat 17 have other return conditions!
How to return
Send the item(s) back within 30 days of receipt of your order. Please enclose the return form, and mark your package clearly as 'returned goods' to avoid delays and extra costs at customs!

We recommend that you send your parcel by registered post and retain the proof of posting. We cannot be held responsible for orders lost in transit. We reserve the right not to issue a refund or exchange if you do not follow this policy. The return package should include the receipt of merchandise and the completed return form.
If you have received a defective item, please send it back to us within 7 days after the delivery date, through standard shipping (costs involved). In addition, please also send an e-mail and list the defective item(s) you want to return and your personal order number. You will receive a confirmation e-mail and a new item as soon as possible.
Please ensure that you read and follow all care instructions, as products damaged by inappropriate care cannot be refunded.
Refunds will be made within 5-10 days after your return has been processed. All undamaged, correctly returned products will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card, Paypal, or bank account. As previously stated, international customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable for shipments outside the European Union.
