At Pleasurements, all orders above €150,- come beautifully gift-wrapped in our signature Pleasurements box. Whether shopping for someone you love or buying for yourself – a purchase at Pleasurements is a gift to her or to yourself. And gift wrapping is our complimentary gift to you, on all orders above €150,-. There is a discreet shipping box around your gift box, without any mention of Pleasurements being the sender, to preserve your privacy.
Our rates for shipping and handling are as follows:
- € 5,- | The Netherlands | Next day delivery via PostNL
- € 10,- | Belgium | Next day delivery via PostNL | Due to Corona-measures it is temporarily not possible to choose PostNL as a shipping-method to Belgium.
- € 10,- | Germany | 48 hours delivery via PostNL
- € 20,- | EU (post) | 3-5 working days via PostNL EPS
- € 19,- | EU FedEx Economy | 2 working days via FedEx*
- € 29,- | EU FedEx Priority | 1 working day (placed before 2pm) via FedEx*
- € 25,- | Worldwide (post) | RUSSIA ONLY | 5-10 working days via PostNL Globalpack
- € 15,- / € 25,- | Worldwide FedEx Economy | 3-5 working days via FedEx*
- € 25,- / € 35,- | Worldwide FedEx Priority | 1-2 working days via FedEx*
* FedEx calculates shipping costs based on location and volume weight.

Please review our delivery information:
- Post-delivery: All orders shipped worldwide via PostNL on business days (Monday to Friday) excluding holidays.
- Express Delivery: All orders shipped worldwide via FedEx on business days (Monday to Friday) excluding holidays.
- Orders with standard (by Post) delivery placed Monday-Friday before 4 PM will begin processing that day, excluding holidays, and will ship within 24 hours pending availability and credit card verification. Orders with FedEx delivery placed Monday-Friday before 2 PM will begin processing that day, excluding holidays, and will ship within 24 hours pending availability and credit card verification.
- All orders placed before 4 PM will be shipped the same day (with the exception during the sale & holidays). All orders placed after 4 PM will begin processing the next business day, and ship within 24 hours thereafter. Orders placed on Friday after 4 PM will begin processing on the following Monday.
- Pleasurements will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need to confirm availability. Delivery time does not include Sundays and/or holidays.
- For international orders, the customer is responsible for import duties and taxes incurred on any order additional to shipping charges.
Please note: Due to COVID19 PostNL has to process and deliver a large number of packages at the moment, the delivery of your order may take longer than usual. The shipping time is temporarily set on 48 hours instead of 24 hours. Our apologies for the inconvenience, but we hope for your understanding because your beautiful order is worth the wait.
- Certainty at no extra charge: We do request a signature upon receipt of your parcel, and your package won't be delivered to your neighbors. If you do not wish to provide a signature upon receipt and/or wish your parcel to be delivered to your neighbors in case you are not at home, then please contact our customer service by sending an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org or contact us by phone on 020-8221110.
- Track & Trace allows you to follow your item on the Internet. In this way, you always know exactly where your item is and when it has been delivered.
- You can also choose to collect your parcel from a PostNL service point near you (The Netherlands + Belgium).
- Do you prefer to collect your parcel when it's most convenient for you? Then you can choose to have your parcel delivered to a Parcel Locker located at an NS-station or at Airport Schiphol Plaza.
- Another option is, to collect your order as a boutique pick-up in our shop in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
