But we know that it is possible that from time to time the purchase has to be exchanged: perhaps for a different size or there were secretly different expectations with the product. Returns are possible within 30 days of the delivery date. Pleasurements is free to accept or not accept items that are returned outside the mentioned period. All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, including attached tags and other accessories. Pleasurements will not accept returned items that were damaged, worn or had their labels removed at the time of return. If you receive an order where a label of an item is missing, we would like to be informed the same day if you want to return the item. We therefore strongly recommend that you check the order thoroughly immediately upon receipt, before removing the attached labels and tags. For hygienic reasons, we cannot take back sexually used items and intimate products such as vibrators and Sylvie Monthulé's thongs. We kindly but urgently ask you to try on the Pleasurements purchases (thong, slip, boxer, etc.) over your own lingerie. We cannot take back products that are visibly not fitted in this way. Even once packages of panties/stockings and body products have been opened, we cannot take the item back. We do not give refunds on purchases paid with a gift card.

Please note that we accept no liability for returned items. Please pack and seal your return item carefully, in the original box. Please note that international customs duties and sales taxes for shipments outside the EU will not be reimbursed.

Exchanging a wrong or damaged item

Received a wrong or defective item? We would like to receive an e-mail stating: the wrong or damaged item that you wish to exchange, the order number and possibly. photos. We will contact you as soon as possible and after receipt of the return, the replacement item will be sent as soon as possible.
If we have sent the wrong or damaged item, the return is free of charge. We will reimburse this advanced amount. Damaged items will only be accepted if the items are delivered damaged to the customer. All damaged items returned will be checked and items that we believe are due to normal wear and tear will not be accepted as damaged. Exchange is possible if the item in question is in stock. If possible, items can be repaired on request. We do not guarantee repairs.

Once your package has been received by Pleasurements, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days, depending on the payment method chosen and the processing time of the relevant bank or credit card company.
