  -PostNL delivery: All orders shipped via PostNL (Dutch post) on business days (Monday to Friday), excluding the holidays. Orders placed before 2pm will be shipped the same day (excl. SALE & holidays). All orders placed after 2pm will begin processing and shipping the next business day.
-FedEx Delivery: All orders are shipped worldwide via FedEx Priority on business days (Monday to Friday), excluding the holidays. Orders placed before 2pm will be shipped the same day (excl. SALE & holidays). All orders placed after 2pm will begin processing and shipping the next business day.
-Pleasurements will contact you with a follow-up e-mail if the item(s) you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need to confirm availability. 
-For all international orders, the customer is responsible for import duties and taxes incurred on any order additional to shipping charges. As a non-EU customer, you automatically shop Tax-Free at Pleasurements to avoid double import duties or taxes charged by customs.

-Certainty at no extra charge: We request a signature upon receipt of your parcel, and your package won't be delivered to your neighbours. If you do not wish to provide a signature upon receipt or wish your parcel to be delivered to your neighbours if you are not at home, don't hesitate to get in touch with our customer service by sending us an e-mail or contact us by phone.
-Track & Trace allows you to follow your item on the Internet. In this way, you always know exactly where your order is and when it has been delivered.
-You can also choose to collect your parcel from a PostNL service point near you (The Netherlands only).
-Another option is to collect your order as a boutique pick-up in our shop in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
