Returns and Exchanges Policy by Pleasurements
Return Period
Pleasurements allows returns within 15 days of the delivery date. Items returned outside this period may or may not be accepted.
Condition of Returned Items
All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, including attached tags and accessories. Pleasurements does not accept items that are damaged, worn, or have their labels removed at the time of return.
Hygienic Considerations
For hygiene reasons, Pleasurements cannot accept returns of sexually used items or intimate products such as vibrators and certain thongs. Customers are urged to try on purchased items over their own lingerie, and items that are visibly not fitted in this way cannot be returned.
Refunds and Exchanges
Pleasurements does not offer refunds on purchases paid with a gift card. Exchanges for wrong or damaged items are possible, with the customer required to inform Pleasurements via email, including order details and possibly photos of the issue. Replacement items are sent upon receipt of the return, and damaged items returned are checked, with repairs offered if possible.
Liability
Pleasurements accepts no liability for returned items and advises customers to carefully pack and seal return items in the original box. International customs duties and sales taxes for shipments outside the EU are not reimbursed.
Refund Processing
Once Pleasurements receives the return package, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days, depending on the chosen payment method and the processing time of the relevant bank or credit card company.
