DHL Parcel delivery
All orders are shipped via DHL Parcel on business days (Monday to Friday), excluding the holidays. Orders placed before 4pm will be shipped the same day (excl. SALE & holidays). All orders placed after 4pm will begin processing and shipping the next business day. DHL Parcel also delivers on Saturdays and Evenings in the Netherlands and Belgium.

Are you shopping outside the EU?
As a Non-EU customer, we pay for your import duties, taxes and clearance charges (incoterms Delivery Duty Paid). This way we avoid extra delays at customs and extra costs or additional charges.

Track & Trace
We will keep you informed of the status of your order by email. Track & trace allows you to follow your parcel live. In this way, you always know exactly where your order is and when it has been delivered.

Safe Shipping
We request a signature upon receipt of your parcel, and your package won't be delivered to your neighbours. If you do not wish to provide a signature upon receipt or wish your parcel to be delivered to your neighbours if you are not at home, don't hesitate to get in touch with our customer service by sending us an e-mail or contact us by phone.

You can also choose to collect your parcel from a DHL service point near you.  Or collect your order as a boutique pick-up in our shop in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
