Sizing

What is my bra size?
Thanks to easy sizing, finding the right bra size gets a whole lot easier. Easy sizing bras are available from size XSmall up to XXXLarge to cover all cup sizes from 34A/90A/12A/75A to 38DD/100DD/16DD/85DD. Check our bra size guide next to the option to choose your size.

What is my panties size?
South European designer lingerie brands are known for a smaller fit, while Northern European lingerie brands can have a bigger fit than usual. So please check the right size guide from the brand to check your panties size. You can find the panties size guide next to the option to choose your size.

What is my suspender size?
To check your suspender size, you should measure up the waist and hips, depending on the fit of the suspender. Some suspenders have a high-waist fit, while others fit lower on the hips. You can check your suspender size at the size guide next to the option to choose your size.

What is my bodysuit size?
To find your right bodysuit size we advise your regular clothing size, however, you should take into account that if you’re in between two sizes or if you’re quite tall you could better choose one size larger since most bodysuits have a small fit in the length. Check your bodysuit size with the size guide next to the option to choose your size.

What is my clothing size?
Check out your clothing size according to your usual clothing size but please note that some brands have a smaller fit. So if you’re in between two sizes, we recommend the larger size. Or if you’re quite tall, we recommend a larger size for the length of, for example, short dresses that might get too short when chosen the wrong size. Please check the size guide next to the option to choose your size.

What is my hosiery size?
To choose the right size in stockings and stay-ups you should take your height in meters and weight in kilograms into consideration. Check your hosiery size in our size guide below:

Restocks/out of stock

When are out of stock items restocked?
It differs per brand when out of stock items are restocked. Fashion collections or seasonal collections can not get restocked but classic collections get restocked regularly. You can recognise classic items that will be restocked by the label ‘available soon’.
Can I get a notification of restocked items?
You can sign up with your email address to get notified when the item you want is restocked again. The notification is per item, so you can sign up at the page of the item that is out of stock.

Gifting

Help with finding the right size to gift
To make sure your lingerie gift fits the lucky gift getter, we advise to check the size of the items already in the closet. Thanks to the easy sizing of most of our lingerie it is possible to adjust every piece to the perfect size and fit.
Do you have gift packaging?
Pleasurements is known for the beautiful luxury gift-boxes. We have our very own exclusive gift-wrapping in the signature brown box with laced-up ribbons. Yet we make sure delivery is discreet with an extra box or wrapping from our delivery partners so that the gift-box will reveal itself once it’s reached the receiver of the gift. 
Can I write a personal message?
Yes, during the check-out it is possible to write down your personal message which will be handwritten onto a beautiful postcard and added to the gift-box. 
How does a gift voucher work?
You can order a gift voucher via the following link: https://www.pleasurements.com/en/gift-voucher. The order process is explained step-by-step. For example, it is possible to order an online gift voucher or a physical gift card.
Can I give a gift anonymously?
Yes you can give a gift anonymously. We never enclose an invoice with personal information with the order. So if you fill in the delivery address of the gift receiver, they will not see who the gift is from. 
 

Payment

What are the possible payment methods?
Pleasurements accepts the following payment methods: VISA, Mastercard, American Express, iDEAL, PayPal, Maestro, Bancontact, Shop Pay, Google Pay, Apple Pay & Klarna. For more information, check our Secure Payment service.
How can I pay with a gift card?
Your gift card features a code you can enter at the payment during the check-out process. 
Can I pay by cash in-store?
No there is no cash register in the Pleasurements boutique, therefore it is only possible to pay by card in-store.
Can I get a receipt? 
Your receipt gets sent to your email address.
How does tax-free shopping work for non-EU customers?
Once you’ve entered your complete address details the tax-free prices will be shown automatically.
What duties and taxes do I have to pay?
Import duties and taxes differ per country and are charged when the shipment reaches your country. Therefore, Pleasurements has no control over these charges and must be borne by you. 

Delivery/shipping

To which countries do you ship?
Pleasurements ships worldwide with the exception of India and to Russia we only ship with PostNL and not with FedEx.
What are your shipping methods?
Our two delivery partners are PostNL and FedEx. PostNL ships within the Netherlands and to the whole of Europe. FedEx ships worldwide. 
How much are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs differ per country and delivery address. An estimation of the shipping costs is 29 euros for Europe, and between 19 and 49 euros for the rest of the world. Please note, these are estimates, the specific shipping costs will be calculated at the check-out. 
Do you offer free shipping?
We only offer free shipping from a certain amount. For free shipping within the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany your order must be a minimum of 150 euros, and for the rest of the world 500 euros. 
Do you deliver discreetly?
Yes we deliver discreetly with packaging material from PostNL or FedEx. Also the packaging label doesn’t say Pleasurements but PLSM for extra discretion. 
How long until my order is delivered?
It differs per country and delivery address how long it takes until your order is delivered. The estimated delivery time for PostNL is 1 business day in The Netherlands and 2 to 4 business days in the rest of Europe, while the estimated delivery time for FedEx is 1 to 2 business days in Europe and 2 to 4 days worldwide. 
Can I track my order?
Yes, after placing your order you receive a track and trace code to follow your order online and to know exactly when it has been delivered.
What if my package is lost or returned to the sender?
If your package is lost or returned to the sender, please contact our customer service so that we can contact our delivery partners to find out where your package is or how it is possible your package got returned to the sender. 


Returns

Can I return my order?
Yes we have a return policy of 30 days after the delivery date. However, items that have tags or other protective strips removed cannot be refunded. And please note that we do not accept latex clothing, sexually used items, and intimate toy returns for hygiene reasons. 

How can I return my order?
All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Send the item(s) back within 30 days of receipt of your order. Please enclose the return form, and mark your package clearly as ‘returned goods’ to avoid delays and extra costs at customs. The return address is Pleasurements, Prinsenstraat 17, 1015 DB Amsterdam, The Netherlands.

Can I exchange items?
No, it is not possible to exchange items. It is however possible to return the item(s) you don’t want and then buy the item you do wish.

How long is the return period?
Pleasurements return period is within 30 days after the receipt of your order.
Do I need to pay for the return costs?
Yes, the shipping costs for the returns are for the customer. To avoid extra costs at customs, please mark your package clearly as ‘returned goods’.

The House of Pleasurements

Where is the Pleasurements boutique?
The Pleasurements boutique is in The Netherlands’ beautiful capital, Amsterdam in the Royal Streets. The exact address is Prinsenstraat 17 and the postalcode is 1015 DB in Amsterdam. 
Can I return online purchased items in-store?
Yes it is possible to return your online purchased items in our boutique. 
What are the opening hours for the boutique?
The boutique is open on Monday from 12.00pm till 6.00pm and on Tuesday till Saturday from 10.00am till 6.00pm. Sunday's, Christmas & New Years Day we are closed.


Private Shopping

How can I book a private appointment?

Can I also come by the boutique without an appointment?
Of course, everyone is also welcome in our boutique without a private appointment. However, without a private appointment we cannot guarantee the help and service we offer with private shopping due to the unforeseen busy hours.
   
Why is there a minimum spending?
We have a minimum spending because we keep our boudoir reserved for you privately, we schedule extra staff to make sure you get full attention and we serve the best champagne and even some small bites if requested. In short, excellente service for you privately. 
Am I obliged to pay the minimum spending?
No, we cannot oblige you to pay the minimum spending. It is a guideline and after all the most important thing is that you feel beautiful and confident in your lingerie. 


Care

How do I take care of my lingerie?
With every order we add a care manual to explain how to take the best care of your lingerie.
What if my lingerie gets damaged?
If your lingerie gets damaged you can contact our customer service to see if we can arrange repair. However, we cannot arrange any repair if your lingerie or nightwear items are damaged by washing or cleaning because we always advise you to wash by hand. 
Is there a warranty on Pleasurements lingerie?
There is no official warranty on Pleasurements lingerie but we do guarantee high quality and sustainability so if anything might get damaged after all we are willing to see what we might be able to do for you in customer service and repairs.

Where can I choose my reward?
At the bottom of the website on the left side you'll find the pop-up menu of our Pleasure Program. Here you can choose your reward.

Can I use multiple rewards for one purchase?
No, only one reward can be used per purchase.
